Job Description
You will lead our team in configuring our low-code/no-code SaaS Digital Customer Engagement platform to enable our customers to provide consistent, personalized, and intentional digital experiences to their end users. You are our point-person in understanding our customers' business needs and strategies, providing valued expertise in solution options available, and leading the resultant project.
Responsibilities
- Support the scoping and solutioning for customer projects
- Estimate and plan project work efforts
- Lead the technical team in project execution
- Communication with key customer executive stakeholders
- Managing project financials
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications/Communications Service Provider industry
- Five-plus years experience managing SaaS delivery projects
- Software development background
- Knowledge of customer experience (CX) issues, software, and solutions
- Great customer-facing acumen
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
